Our Quality Process
Quality is a non negotiable term at XLF. We believe in getting the task right the first time, in order to ensure this we have pre- defined qualtiy matrix which the employees adhere to. Employee at XLF also undergo regular training to keep them abreast of best processes in the Account Outsourcing industry.
Quality during transition phase
All critical data relating the execution of a new project is gathered during this phase. The process flows are mapped and sent to the client for approval. The client gives input regarding improvements, clarifies any process which are incorrectly mapped. The process documents aids in transition of staff changes and smoothens the flow. This document thus forms part of a critical document for future transactions.
Quality post transition phase
During the transition phase any improvement in a process is documented. Such changes are brought to the client for an approval, once approved it overides the earlier Approved Process Document.
